Oli has worked with over 50 founders, creating a visual universe around what they actually loved building. His distinct methodology comes down to two simple keywords: hand made and highly personal.
He works with one founder at a time, spending time with them to understand their worldview, how they think and operate as a founder and as a person. Sitting with the founder means spending time not only with them, but also their loved ones, their competition & their audience.

Once he spent a decent amount of time obsessing over the same obstacles as the founder does, the creative work begins. Everything from the visual language, the copy, the content to the web experience comes directly out of Oli's understanding from his time with the founder.
Handmade, in that sense, means something precise: made by real craftspeople, for this particular thing, and for nobody else. This is where Atelier WOO's philosophy of radical value is rooted in: Oli's personal conviction that in a world increasingly shaped by automation and sameness, only a brand built in this fashion can achieve long-term, sustainable growth.

Atelier WOO runs on a cohort system. The studio takes on a limited number of founders every year to preserve the intimate approach it values. As such, WOO alumni also come together through the number of salons the studio organizes.
