Our challenge was to take something deeply local and translate it for a universal, life-oriented market without compromising its roots. The visuals, copy, and packaging needed to speak in a soft but confident voice, balancing ritual with refreshment.

Born in a small village near an ancient Greek city, PatPat treats olive oil as heritage, not product. We translated a way of life into a brand that feels slow yet full of life all the same.

When Dieuwke approached Atelier WOO, her growth partnership practice GrowthSpace had already outgrown its name, language, and audience. WOO helped Dieuwke rebrand GrowthSpace into The Innerprise, building an identity that treats inner work as a non-negotiable and refuses the bland noise of the guru culture.

When founder and renowned growth partner Florent Coudyeser approached Oli, his intent was to build an online house for Smlin. For a brand that sets out to reimagine connection from the inside out, it's not easy to translate this radical optimism while avoiding the vague moral signaling common in HR practices.

Is it possible to make room for emotions at the workplace?

This commission was an opportunity to give lasting form to a growing movement, one that places ethics and emotional intelligence at the core of modern leadership.
