I find NYC events dreadful. They're loud and transactional. Sure, I want to meet people in similar circles but I don't want to name-drop my neighbourhood as a personality trait.
Out of despair, it seems, I'm taking the matter in my own hands: I used to hold these intimate evenings called YOU™ back in our Amsterdam studio and I decided to run a series here. We’re hosting the 1st NYC edition on May 21st at Spring Place in Tribeca.
The theme is the taste economy. We've got 20 seats, a group of interesting people leading taste-driven brands and a few surprises I'd rather not spoil in writing.
